At Aerial Photographer Minneapolis MN, we understand that plans can change. To provide fair scheduling and ensure availability for all clients, the following policies apply:

• Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Weather Delays: For drone shoots affected by unsafe weather conditions (rain, strong winds, airspace restrictions), we will reschedule at no additional cost.
• Late Cancellations: Projects canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
